〇ストレートイン・ポルタフィルター

グループにポルタフィルターを真っ直ぐ差し込むだけで装着が可能に。グラインドから抽出までの作業動作が一連となり、最高のワークフローを実現。バリスタの手首に掛かる負担を軽減します。

〇オートスチームフラッシュ

ポルタフィルターをグループから外すと、自動的にフラッシング動作がスタート。従来のお湯のみのフラッシングでは取り切れなかったスクリーンの汚れを、スチームとお湯の順番で洗浄することにより、スクリーンをより清潔な状態に保ち、コーヒーのクオリティを安定させます。

〇プロタッチ・スチームワンド

プロタッチ・スチームワンドは二重構造になっているため、触っても金属部分が熱くならず、バリスタのやけどを防ぎます。

〇ドリップ・プレディクション(抽出予測)

・Straight-in portafilter

・Drip Prediction (Extraction Prediction)
