〇オートスチームフラッシュ

ポルタフィルターをグループから外すと、自動的にフラッシング動作がスタート。従来のお湯のみのフラッシングでは取り切れなかったスクリーンの汚れを、スチームとお湯の順番で洗浄することにより、スクリーンをより清潔な状態に保ち、コーヒーのクオリティを安定させます。

・Straight-in portafilter
The Portafilter can be installed by simply inserting it straight into the group. The workflow from grind to extraction becomes one continuous operation, realizing the best workflow. It reduces the burden on the barista's wrist.

・Automatic steam flush
Flushing operation starts automatically when the portafilter is removed from the group. The screen is cleaned in the order of steam and hot water to keep the screen cleaner and stabilize the quality of coffee.

・ Pro-Touch Steam Wand
The Pro-Touch Steam Wand has a double-layer construction so that the metal parts do not get hot to the touch, preventing burns to the barista.
